Introduction

The terms and conditions set out below ("Conditions")
apply to your use of this web site and related websites ("Site"),
including the use of the information services offered on the Site. In accessing
and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions so please
carefully read this section before proceeding. If you do not accept these
Conditions, you must refrain from using the Site. These Conditions must be read
in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use
of the Site. Conditions

Site

The Site makes available information relating to hotel owned or
managed by Om Infrastructure, a corporation constituted under the laws of
India, and its subsidiaries, controlled entities, affiliates and related
parties ("Hotel Aura44").

Hotel Specific Policies

Specific amenities for each hotel are detailed on the website
and the app. Guests advised to refer to these before booking. In some hotels
due to local customers, unmarried and unrelated couples may not be allowed to
check in. Accommodation can be denied to guest posing as a couple if suitable
proof of identification is not presented at the time of check in. Hotel may
deny check-in to guest whose id shows their residency to be in the same city as
the hotel itself. There a locker in each almirah for your valuables. Kindly
ensure safety of your belongings. Please note that management will not be
responsible for loss of property.

No Smoking Policy

To protect the air quality of our hotels and for the health of
our guests and employees. Hotel Aura44 have a strict non-smoking policy. This
includes guest rooms, public areas, lounges and conference and meeting rooms,
private offices hallways, elevators, stairs, restrooms, entrance and lobby
areas and all other enclosed facilities. Guest will be charged INR 1,000
non-refundable cleaning fee for smoking in their room, private offices, hallway
elevators, stairs restrooms, entrance, and lobby areas and all other enclosed
facilities. Designated smoking areas are provided for the convenience of
smokers. Hotel in hill stations may not have air conditioning due to climate
conditions in the location may be unable to offer wifi connectivity. Some
hotels may not allow guests to bring visitors to their rooms. Please confirm
with the hotel before inviting a visitor to your room.

General Terms and Conditions

The primary guest must be at least 18
years of age Guest must present valid photo identification at the time of
check-in. To complete with government regulations, a valid photo ID must be
carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. Acceptable
proofs of identity are a driving license, voter ID card, or a passport. Without
valid Id the guest will not be allowed to check in. PAN cards are not accepted
as a valid ID card. Children aged one to five years stay for free if an extra
matters is not required thought they may be charged separately for breakfast.
An extra mattress will be provided for triple-occupancy bookings. Pets are not allowed
in the Hotel Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel,
the hotel reserves the right after the allegations have been investigated, to
take action against guest. A discounted booking cannot be modified. In case of
early check-out for such a booking, no amount will be refunded. An extra
night’s tariff (in addition to the number of nights originally booked) will be
charged if a guest checks out earlier than expected in a multiple day booking.
If the booking was made at a discounted rate, or in case of bulk bookings
(bookings of four or more rooms), the complete amount will be charged for all
days booked if a guest checks out earlier then expected. Guests will be liable
for any damage not caused by normal wear and tear. Certain policies are
specific to a particular booking, but will be detailed at the time of booking.

Copyright

The information, text, graphics, images, sounds, links and all
other information and software published or otherwise contained in the Site
(“Information”) are either owned exclusively by Om Infrastructure or licensed
by Hotel Aura44 and except as specifically provided in these Conditions may not
be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by
any means whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or
otherwise, without the prior written approval of Hotel Aura44. Without
limitation you may not, without such approval from Hotel Aura44, create
derivative works from any part of the Site or commercialise any Information, products
or services obtained from any part of the Site. Information procured from a
third party may be the subject of copyright owned by that third party.

Your Use

The Site is for your personal noncommercial use and the
Information may be downloaded or printed by you solely for that purpose. This
right to use the Information is a license only, not a transfer of title, and is
subject to the following restrictions:

• the Information may not be used for any commercial purpose or public display,
performance, sale or rental;

• no copyright or other proprietary notices may be removed:

• the Information may not be transferred to another person;

• software may not be interfered with in any manner;

• every person downloading, reproducing or otherwise using the Information must

to the extent permitted by law, is provided without any warranty,
representation or condition of any kind whether express, implied, statutory or
otherwise. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of or reliance
upon the Information and the Site or any other material accessed through the Site
including via any Linked Web Site. Whilst Hotel Aura44 seeks to ensure that the
Information is reliable and accurate, errors and omissions may occur and
therefore, to the extent permitted by law, Hotel Aura44 does not make or give
any representation or warranty (express or implied) of any kind as to any
matter relating to the Site and any Linked Web Site, including without
limitation, as to merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property
rights or fitness for purpose.

In particular Hotel Aura44 does not warrant that:

• The Information or any other material accessed through the
Site including via any Linked Web Site is reliable, accurate or complete
including, without limitation, information relating to prices and availability;
or

• Your access to Information or any other material accessed through the Site
including via any Linked Web Site will be uninterrupted, timely or secure.

Hotel Aura44 is not liable for any loss (direct or indirect)
resulting from any action taken or reliance made by you on the Information or
any other material accessed through the Site including via any Linked Web Site.
You should make your own inquiries and seek independent professional advice
before acting or relying on any such information or material. Hotel Aura44 may
from time to time update, modify or add to the Information, including these
Conditions and absolutely reserves the right to make such changes without any
obligation to notify past, current or prospective users of the Site. Unless
otherwise specified to the contrary all new Information shall be subject to
these Conditions.

Hotel Aura44 does not guarantee that the Site will operate continuously or
without interruption or be error free. In addition, Hotel Aura44 may also
suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without being liable
for any direct or indirect loss as a result of such action.

Specific Warnings

You must ensure that your access to and your use of the Site is
not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you. You must take your own
precautions that the process which you employ for accessing the Site does not
expose you to the risk of virus, malicious computer code, computer program
routine or process or other forms of interference which may damage your own
computer system. Without limitation, you are responsible for ensuring that your
own computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to
use the Site and is compatible with the Site. For the removal of doubt, Hotel
Aura44 does not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to your
own computer system which arises in connection with your use of the Site or any
Linked Web Site.

Hotel Aura44 does not guarantee or warrant that any material
available for downloading from the Site or any Linked Web Site will be free
from any virus, infection or other condition which has contaminating or
destructive properties. You are responsible for taking sufficient precautions
and checks to satisfy your own particular requirements for accuracy of data
input and output. You must ensure that any information which you provide to
Hotel Aura44 is accurate and complete and does not contain any virus, malicious
computer code, computer program routine or process or other form of
interference which may damage the computer system of Hotel Aura44 or the
Information or which may detrimentally interfere with or surreptitiously
intercept or expropriate any Hotel Aura44 system, data or information.

Hotel Reservations

The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to
assist customers in determining the availability of travel related services and
products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose. You
warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to
enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these
Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions. You agree to
be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without
limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether
authorized by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees
may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply
including without limitation payment of all moneys due under such terms or
conditions. The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates
(including any available special offers) for hotel owned or managed by Om
Infrastructure Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on
the Site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such
terms and conditions.

No contract will subsist between you and Hotel Aura44 or any of
its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the Site
unless and until Hotel Aura44 accepts your order by e-mail or automated
confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation,
booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel
reservation terms and conditions of booking. Any other relevant terms and
conditions relating to particular services or products are set out in the Site.
You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services
or products which may be offered by Hotel Aura44 on the Site (including hotel
room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which
you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of
any services or products which you wish to purchase. Hotel Aura44 reserves
the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you
with any services or products.

Security & Non Confidentiality

Electronic transmissions of data including the Internet are
public media and any use of such media is public not private. Information
related to or arising from such use is either public or the property of those
collecting the information and not personal or private information. Hotel Aura44
does not warrant and cannot ensure the security or confidentiality of any
information which you transmit to Hotel Aura44 Accordingly, any information
which you transmit to Hotel Aura44 is transmitted at your own risk.

Termination of Access

If you breach any of these Conditions your license to use the
Site will terminate immediately without the necessity of any notice being given
to you. Otherwise access to the Site may be terminated at any time by Hotel
Aura44 without notice. The provisions of these Conditions excluding, limiting
and disclaiming the liability of Hotel Aura44 will nevertheless survive any
such termination.

Booking extension policy

Extension of stay is offered at current room rates, subject to
availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling
a Hotel Aura44 reservation is as fast as easy as it is to book.

We do
not charge fees for booking that are cancelled within 10 minutes of creating
the same booking.

Any
amount paid will be refunded.

We
would love to host you, but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation
process ensures that you receive rapid confirmation and refund.

Our Standards check-in time is twelve
noon.

General

Hotel Aura44 does not accept any liability for any failure by
Hotel Aura44 to comply with these Conditions where such failure is due to
circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If Hotel Aura44 waives any rights
available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that
those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of
these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the
remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force. You are
completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments
arising out of the use of the Site.

For Booking up to three rooms:

If cancellation time is 24hours or more prior to check-in time,
then cancelation is free (100%refund) If cancellation time is less than 24
hours before check-in time, then a cancellation fee of one night booking amount
will be charged.

On the Date of check-In:

In case you decided to cancel a booking after check-in time or
do not show up at the hotel, charges for the first two nights or the complete
booking amount, whichever is lower will be deducted.

Mid-Stay Cancellation:

If you decide to shorten your booking after your check-in date,
you be will be charged for the next 24 hours after the official cancellation.
Money for the remaining nights will be refunded

For bookings of four or more rooms:

You must pay at least 25% of the booking amount in advance to
make a booking for four or more rooms. If cancellation time is 30 days or more
prior to check in date, then cancellation is free (100% refund). If
cancellation is time is between 15 to 30 days prior to check-in date, then a
cancellation fee is 50% advance amount will be charged. If cancellation time is
less than a cancellation is less than 15 days prior to check-in date, then the
cancellation fee of 100% advance amount will be charged. On the date of check-in:
If you do not show up at the hotel on the day of check-in, no refund will be
given

How to cancel:

You can cancel your booking using our website or you can also
call us on +91 753900 6900 To cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount
will be credited to you within four working days. However, it may take an
additional 3 to 14 working days to appear in the account, depending on the
processing time taken by your bank. Om Infrastructure reserves the right to
take a your payment and refund in case of cancellatio.n

Payment Policy

For all bookings payment must be made at the time of check-in

If you have opted for the sunrise Check-in, the complimentary
early check-in will be subject to availability Our standard check-in time is 12
noon. Extra charge will be apply as the detailed below:

Before 6am_______________________________100% charge for one day
Payable as per room rates for the previous day

Between 6am and 10am__________________10% to 30% Charges payable
as per room rates of the previous day, depending on the hotel policies.

Between 10am and 12 noon_______________Up to 10%

Please note these fees do not include the charge of breakfast.



Late check-out (Subject to availability)

Between 11am and 1pm____________________Up to 10%

Between 1pm and 5pm_____________________10% to 30% Charges payable
as per room rates of the previous day, depending on the hotel policies.

After 5pm___________________________________100% charge for one
day Payable as per room rates for the previous day
